The agreement between you and TRY when you buy something or take part in the community. Short, and in plain language.

Buying from us

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we take payment and send your confirmation. Until then, we may decline an order — for example if an item has sold out between your click and our confirmation, or if we spot an obvious pricing error.

Prices and mistakes

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Shipping is free. Tax is calculated at checkout based on where the order is going.

We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but this is a small operation and errors happen. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will not hold you to it — we will contact you and either honour it, cancel the order, or offer you the correct price to accept or decline.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders are handled Monday to Friday. Expect 1–3 business days before it leaves us and 3–7 business days in transit, so roughly 4 to 10 business days in total.

Once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is out of our hands. If it goes missing, tell us and we will help you chase it.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are covered in full on the returns page. The short version: 30 days, unworn and unwashed with tags on, exchanges are free, and you pay return shipping unless we got the order wrong.

What the products are

Clothing. Colours can look different on different screens, and printed garments vary very slightly between pieces. That is normal and not a fault. If something is genuinely defective, that is covered by the returns page and we will make it right.

The Circle and the stories you share

The Circle is a peer community for encouragement and reflection. It is not therapy, not crisis care, and not professional advice of any kind. If you are in difficulty, please talk to a qualified professional.

A story you send stays private unless you give us permission to share it. If you do give permission, you keep ownership of your words and you are giving us permission to publish them in the way you chose. You can withdraw that at any time by writing to us, and we will take it down.

Our words and images

The designs, photographs, writing and the TRY name belong to us. You are welcome to share links, screenshots and photos of yourself wearing the clothes. Please do not copy the designs onto products of your own.

What we can and cannot promise

We stand behind what we sell, and the returns page says exactly how. Beyond that, we cannot promise the website will never be down, and we are not responsible for indirect losses — for example a gift arriving after an occasion because a carrier was delayed.

Nothing here removes rights you have under US consumer law.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top tells you which that was.
